Before you can offer your lot, you must have a profile. Creating a profile is completely free, at the top of every page you will see a link 'Register' with this link you can create a free profile.When creating your profile, you will be asked for a copy of your identity card.Keep it ready, your ID card is used to verify that you are over 18 years old.

Auction something yourself

You can offer your lots online to our auctioneers via the 'Sell an artwork' link.Upon receipt, our auctioneers will review your lots.If your lots are of good quality for our auction you will receive an approval email.Within a month, your lot will be added to our auction.

Entry for viewing days differs from other online auction houses by organizing viewing days.Lots that are part of the viewing days are getting higher hammer prices.After our auctioneer has approved your lot you will be asked to bring your lot to our depot.Lot can always be brought in after making an appointment at the address, Nijverheidsstraat 16, 8760 Meulebeke, tel: +32(0)477/70.23.00 , email: . Works that are part of the viewing days are always fully insured and you will always receive a consignment document when you bring in lots.

Shipping / collection

When a work is not part of the viewing days.And the lot is paid by the buyer you will receive an email to send the work or to prepare it so that the buyer can pick it up.


The sold lots will be paid to you 28 days after the works with a sales commission of 15% on the hammer price.The payment of your sold lot always takes place by bank transfer.

Unsold goods

Unsold goods can always be offered again.When a reserve price is set, you will be asked to lower the reserve price.Works that did not sell and that were brought in can always be picked up again.
